Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis bentuk kiastik yang muncul dalam sturuktur Mazmur 23, sebagai salah satu ciri khas puisi Ibrani. Penelitian struktur puisi ini jarang dilakukan oleh penelitian sebelumnya, karena hanya terfokus kepada tema pastoral dan metafora. Berdasarkan metode hermeneutik sub genre sastra hikmat, maka penelitian ini menemukan, ada 4 peranan Pencipta dalam relasi dengan ciptaan, yakni: pertama, Tuhan Yang Memelihara Dan Menjamin Kehidupan; kedua, Tuhan Yang Membimbing Menuju Ketenangan dan Kelimpahan; ketiga, Tuhan Yang Menuntun Dan Menyediakan; keempat, Tuhan Yang Menyertai Dalam Lembah Kekelaman. Riset ini dapat diimplementasikan dalam perkembangan studi biblika khususnya sastra hikmat dan pembelajaran bagi orang percaya dalam membangun relasi antara pencipta dan ciptaan.
