Prinsip Pengajaran yang Sehat dalam Keluarga: Studi Analisis Kitab Titus 2:1-10

Abstract: This research aims to ensure that Christian teachings are determined as correct, reasonable, and interesting teachings and have healthy intelligence. The method used is a literary study method with an exegetical approach. Several studies have not yet discussed the principles of sound teaching in the family, especially in the context of Titus 2:10, so this discussion is important so that it can become a theological basis in the lives of believers. Based on the analysis using the method used, it was found that: the characteristics of old men are: living without luxury, being well-respected, thinking maturely, having proven faith, living in love, and being persistent; advice to old women: watch your religious beliefs, don't talk nonsense about other people, stay away from intoxicating drinks, be able to teach good things and be an example; young woman's advice: love her husband, live wisely, be diligent in managing her household, be kind, be obedient to her husband so that the word of God is not blasphemed; advice to young people: advise them, be an example, honest, serious in teaching, sound and blameless in reporting so that opponents become embarrassed; advice to servants: be obedient to their master, don't like going against teachings, don't cheat, be sincere and loyal.
Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan agar ajaran Kristen ditetapkan sebagai pengajaran yang benar, masuk akal dan menarik serta memiliki kecerdasan yang sehat. Metode yang digunakan metode kajian lieratur dengan pendekatan eksegesis. Beberapa penelitian mengenai prinsip pengajaran yang sehat dalam Keluarga khususnya dalam konteks Titus 2:10 belum ada yang membahasnya, sehingga pembahasan ini penting supaya dapat menjadi landasan teologis dalam kehidupan orang percaya. Berdasarkan analisis melalui metode yang digunakan maka ditemuan: ciri-ciri pria tua adalah: hidup tidak bermewah-mewah, terpandang, berpikir dewasa, memiliki iman yang teruji, hidup dalam kasih, dan tekun; nasihat pada wanita yang tua: menjaga peribadahannya, tidak membicarakan orang lain yang bukan-bukan, menjauhkan diri dari minuman yang memabukkan, mampu mengajarkan yang baik dan diteladani; nasihat wanita muda: mengasihi suami, hidup bijaksana, rajin mengatur rumah tangganya, baik hati, taat kepada suaminya, agar firman Allah jangan dihujat; nasihat kepada kaum muda: nasihatilah mereka, menjadi teladan, jujur, serius dalam hal pengajaran, sehat dan tidak bercela dalam pemberitaan sehingga lawan menjadi malu; nasihat kepada hamba-hamba: taat kepada tuannya, tidak suka melawan ajaran, tidak curang, tulus dan setia.
